<Type> is one of:

  • show: For television programs that have been announced, but are not yet being broadcast.
  • series: For television series that have been announced, but are not yet being broadcast.
  • episode: For individual episodes that have not been broadcast.
  • episode list: For "List of series episodes"-pages that contain information about episodes not yet broadcast.
  • info: This specific messages is not meant to be on all TV show articles that are currently running, just on those articles where the status of currently running is an issue in some way. Such as a show that could drastically change suddenly, an article dealing with a sudden burst of traffic, articles that contain sections that haven't been cleaned up to make it clear that it is an in-progress show, etc. For instance gameshows which are still in progress, or programs with news for a next season that is not yet in production/broadcast.

sortkey: This allows correcting the default sorting of an article in a category. For instance: use Power Rangers as sort key if you want the name of the page is The Power Rangers.
