Place this template at the top of an article, section or template with alleged accessibility issues. The template takes two unnamed parameters:

{{accessibility dispute|Talk thread}}: link to the particular thread on the talk page which deals with the dispute.
{{accessibility dispute|Talk thread|template}}: Says "this template's accessibility" rather than "this article's".
