I reckon this would do:

Sēo Biddung be Dǣlnimunge on Wikimania 2009 hæfþ gebīen gesend ūt. Geselle bidde þīnne beforanēowunge ǣr Eostremonaþ 15.

Which literally means:

The Call/Request (cf. "Bidding") concerning Participation in Wikimania 2009 has been sent out. Please submit/give your presentations (the word I used meaning presentation is non-historical, but it should be understood by anyone with a knowledge of Old English word-forming and an OE dictionary) before April 16.

Sorry, I've made a spelling mistake (although spelling "mistakes" were not really considered in Old English, so long as the word was clearly recognizable): "þīnne" should have only one n, e.g. "þīne". Gegréte ic thec on míne brúcendsíde 05:54, 8 Ēastermōnaþ 2009 (UTC)
