There is an anonymous person using this IP address, 188.143.233.210 who tries to edit my Wikipedia page. I am not sure about who it is.

You cannot prevent them from edit pages, especially when they doesn't even use an account. Think this way: If you ever see your real name somewhere, don't tell anyone that name is your real name. I didn't know that was your name, until you said that to me yourself. That action of yours reveals yourself, not the IP's. Be careful. By the way, may be you'll need to read this. IP address suggests he must live in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

He has re-created this Wikipedia account under my full name. How it is possible? It was deleted by your colleagues but it appears that it exists again.
