English: Fonts number A, B and D from the catalog of Aalborg Broncestøberi ApS. The fonts are cast in bronze primarily for use on tombstones. The competitor O. Storm Sørensen Broncestøberi A/S accused Aalborg Broncestøberi for having copied their fonts. According to the verdict of the Danish Maritime and Commercial Court of 15 March 2004 these fonts are not the result of an independent and original artistic effort and therefore not protected by copyright whereas two other fonts (C and E, not included here) did meet the threshold of originality but Storm Sørensen Broncestøberi did not have sufficient documentation to show that they owned the copyright. The verdict was upheld by Supreme Court on 30 June 2006 (see U2006.2697H).

I henhold til Sø- og Handelsrettens dom 15. marts 2004 er disse skrifttyper ikke resultatet af en selvstændig og original kunstnerisk indsats og derfor ikke beskyttet af ophavsret, hvorimod to andre skrifttyper (C og E, ikke inkluderet her) havde værkshøjde, men Storm Sørensen Broncestøberi havde ikke tilstrækkelig dokumentation, for at de ejede ophavsretten til dem.
